ByeBye Bits
Another random paper idea, which I may or may not have mentioned:
Have been thinking about how you say goodbye (or don't) to former selves and body parts, and was wondering if there were any good stories of ' the day before my tits got the chop I took one last dip in the women's pool at Coogee' or 'before I started T I made a recording of my voice' or anyone who wrote their 'girl self/boy self' an epitaph or thankyou note, or made some other sort of farewell gesture as part of a transitition... Seems to me like their ought to be rites of passage, and I am sure that they occur. I mean, I can't be the only one who needs ritual and recognition in their journey, can I?
