I'm really interested, and I might well have material to contribute. On the other hand, I try to keep my net identity private.
Can you email me at spunky-baby at pangaean dot net and we can chat about what sort of stuff you want and what values you'll be demanding/accepting etc. in your mag.
Also, is this going to be online mag or a dead-tree type? Either way let me know 'cause as it stands it sounds promising.
